Click on Rounds in the Main Menu. This is the grid where George will display your Jobs.
Click on Create a New Job and follow the Job Assistant throught the setup process.
Continue adding new Jobs until your Round or Rounds are complete.
When you have input a few, you can print a WorkList or Round Valuation.
See how George colour codes your outstanding work - you can see at a glance what�s overdue.
When you have Done a Job, double click on it in the Round grid and tick Done.
Tick Paid
if it�s fully or partially paid and enter the amount received.
If it�s more than the amount outstanding, select whether it�s a prepayment or a tip.
If the Job is not fully paid, you will find the balance in the Debts grid
(Main Menu, Debts button).
When the item is paid, double click it in the Payments grid to load the Payments Assistant.
